Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vibe Sensei LLC (“Vibe Sensei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Vibe Sensei desktop application and website at vibesensei.ai (collectively, the “Service”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

To access the full Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@vibesensei.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Vibe Sensei is offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as chosen at checkout, via our payment processor (Stripe). All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable: one subscription covers one individual user. Sharing access credentials with others is prohibited.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law.

Refunds. If you experience a billing error or are charged after cancellation, contact support@vibesensei.ai within 14 days and we will investigate and correct any error promptly.

You agree to use Vibe Sensei only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate malicious software, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
• Attempt to circumvent licensing or authentication mechanisms, or share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Scrape, index, or harvest data from the website or API without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

The Vibe Sensei application, website, logos, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Vibe Sensei LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the desktop application for your own personal or professional coding work. No other rights are granted.

You retain all ownership of the code, prompts, and outputs you create using Vibe Sensei. We claim no rights over your work product.

Vibe Sensei orchestrates third-party AI CLIs (Claude, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, and others). Your use of those CLIs is governed by each provider's own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the output, availability, or conduct of third-party AI providers.

API costs charged by AI providers are separate from your Vibe Sensei subscription and are your sole responsibility.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBE SENSEI OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vibe Sensei LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms.
